We are honored and proud to be the first Lagree fitness studios in the Inland Empire - bringing the future of fitness to our beloved city of Claremont, which is a dream years in the making! Lagree's broad appeal can be attributed to the philosophy that workouts should offer a low impact, high intensity, full body burn in every class. With two studio locations in Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga, each class takes place on our evolutionary Megaformer MK3(TM) and Mega Pro's - invented and patented by creator Sebastien Lagree. 45-minutes of spring-loaded resistance training where each controlled movement works several muscle groups simultaneously in order to achieve greater overall strength, endurance and mobility. If your spirit animal is a muscle-clad, overcaffeinated, unapologetically raw, Polly Pocket-sized Chicago native, you need Jen in your life. Heck, you probably need her regardless! Our co-founder, head trainer, and Lagree Master Teacher Trainer brings a track record of success in building strong minds and bodies. She also brings dirty jokes. Her classes are extremely challenging, but newcomers need not be shy! She will have your back (and front and sides) the entire way. Yes, WU-TANG raised her. But if you really listen, there's some softness in all that bite.

The neighborhood’s favorite uncle, bicep-curling, In-N-Out-eating, tattoo-getting son of a gun. To meet Rashad, aka 'Shaddie,' is to BE OBSESSED (I mean, look at that smile). Our Shaddie keeps it real both on and off the mic. His classes are full-body with some upper-body focus 'cuz CURLS FOR THE GIRLS AND BOYS. Did someone say arm pump? Yes, sir, please and thank you!

Instructor
Mal is one of those people who does it all and makes NO excuses. Want no nonsense? She's your girl. Mom to 5, bossing people around is in her DNA. It suits her classes well as she will keep you challenged, supported, and HYPED! Mal + The Mega = buns, guns, and then-somes. Side note: Mal has been a fitness fiend for many years and knows what it feels like to be on the other side. Her motto is that sweating in solidarity creates a community you will not find anywhere else. To sum it up, it’s 🔥 fire!

When she's not on the mic (bringing the people to their knees), you'll find her with a book or a barbell. Liz is equal parts beauty, brains, and RBF. Kinda classy, mostly sassy, and sent by the fitness gods to get your a$$, A$$IN. Liz's classes are usually leg and glute-focused, so go ahead and buy that teeny 'kini, babe.

Lexi

Instructor
Lexi is no stranger to being in charge. Teacher to littles by day and grown folks for The Method by night. We asked her which one was more challenging, but she wouldn't answer (we know the answer). She loves the sun and is often out walking Moose, her BFF Golden Retriever. Lexi loves Lagree, lifting weights, and rockin' the cutest gear. Her classes are straight fire, and her music will have you nodding your head in a plank to pike. Workouts are better when you like your outfit — Lexi.

Allow us to introduce Brenda, our resident nutrition nerd and biohacker. What you need to know is she does Bulgarian Split Squats for fun. Brenda is our bossy, big-energy blonde who will undoubtedly have you asking yourself, "wtf was that?" after class. Brenda brings a ton of experience as a trainer to The Method. You’ll know exactly what muscles are working the entire way. Walking tomorrow = Uncertain.

Instructor
Dani is our fashionable educator by day, Lagree instructor by night (and before sunrise). You know that meme about a sports mom blasting gangster rap in her white SUV? That's Dani. She's delightfully silly and truly cares about your experience in her classes. She loves obliques and anything to perk up the booty. Expect to be entertained as well as challenged! She will make sure you're going low and slow, that is the tempo.

If the sun's out, you'll catch her poolside! The Method's very own Snow White, Lex, would collect every animal within a 100-mile radius if left to her own devices. For now, her Irish Doodle, Jagger, and cat, Sage, will have to do. Is there a time limit on binge-watching Bravo? If there is, she hasn't found it yet. Lex's classes are shaky and sweaty, with music ON POINT (mostly hip-hop with a sprinkle of throwbacks).

The Method's spicy Miami native with Colombian roots, Cathy easily settled into this sunny California lifestyle. You'll find her at music festivals, food trucks, the latest LA dining hot spot, or in the lab developing new products as a Food Scientist. Her classes are as smooth as her rolling r's and will leave you feeling right and tight. Can't make it to Coachella? Not to worry, Cathy's playlists will make it seem like you had a front-row seat.

Who's the Dr. they told y'all to go see? The future Dr. of Veterinary Medicine, Katherine! We are delighted to feature this busy vet school student on our schedule. Does she love animals more than Lagree? Probably. Katherine brings years of Lagree coaching experience to her classes. In short, she understands the assignment. Katherine is a family gal and is typically outside finding an adventure, running a 10K, or trying to beat her husband in a pull-up competition. Spoiler: She wins.

She loves to share her extensive knowledge about Lagree. You will shake, sweat, swear, be sore, and will love every minute. Maybe not every second but definitely every minute. She is known for insane variations and lots of laughs. FYI: Laughing counts as core conditioning.

What is Lagree?

Lagree is not pilates, although we think pilates would definitely swipe right on Lagree. Lagree is a full-body strength and endurance workout performed under spring-loaded resistance on our exclusive and patented Megaformers. In addition to working all the large muscle groups, Lagree targets the slow-twitch muscle fibers which are generally overlooked in typical workout modalities. Every move in Lagree is done at a slow and controlled pace, maximizing the time under tension and minimizing recovery. With time and consistency, the result is better overall body composition of Skeletal Muscle Mass. Street word: “toned".

Why is Lagree Fitness important to incorporate into your weekly routine?

Unlike any other workout, Lagree focuses on slow, controlled movements that work multiple muscle groups at once. This slow pace increases the body’s time under tension and limits recovery time during class, resulting in a prolonged calorie burn. Additionally, every Lagree move has an element of core work, and a stronger core means better balance and stabilization. Finally, because Lagree is a low -impact workout, it is safe enough on bones and joints to be done daily.

Is Lagree Fitness a replacement for other workout methods? Or can you use Lagree in tandem with other fitness methods?

The Lagree Method compliments all fitness routines. Research has shown that individuals who already follow a specific workout style experience greater performance after incorporating Lagree into their routine. The Lagree method can be a compliment to your existing fitness routine, but is also effective as a stand-alone workout. Additionally, Lagree can not be replicated, meaning there is no workout out there quite like it. Simply put: in a world of Kardashians, Lagree is a Dutton.

What happens if I’m running late to class?

If you are a first time client: All new clients MUST arrive AT LEAST five minutes prior to the start of class. If a new client does not arrive prior to the five-minute window necessary for equipment orientation and paperwork, he/she will NOT be permitted to join that class and will be asked to reschedule. This policy is for the safety of our new clients, the respect of our existing clients and the comfort of our instructors. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are an existing client:
You have a three-minute grace-period after the start of class in which we will save your Mega. Outside of that three-minute window, your Mega may be given to any waitlisted client present in the studio UNLESS YOU CALL THE STUDIO PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME TO LET US KNOW TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. 

Can I use my membership and class packs at both the Rancho and Claremont Studios?

Yes, you can use your membership and class packs at both our Rancho and Claremont Studios, giving you the flexibility to attend classes at either location. However, please note that any promotions exclusive to a specific studio are only valid at that respective location. Studio-exclusive promotions cannot be transferred or used at the other studio.

How do I book a class at The Method Lagree studios?

Booking a class at The Method Lagree is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Schedule” link.
  2. Select the studio location where you want to attend the class—either Rancho or Claremont.
  3. Browse through the schedule to find a date and time that suits your availability.
  4. Click “Book Now” to secure your spot, or “Join the Waitlist” if your desired class is full.
